iBP Blood Pressure App Reviews

My initial review is below; which was years ago. iBP continues to be a fantastic app. Easy to use and sync between my devices. I use it almost daily. Ill start by saying I had been using HeartWise (iPod) app for 3 years. It works great and I had no problems with it. Then I got an iPad. Heartwise charged me an additional 2.99, just a few weeks ago, for the (iPad) app, which I later found out would not import data, even its own (at least easily)! I tried to contact HeartWise recently on two accounts regarding this ... no response. I tried to go to their support page and got some error message. Thats when I found iBP. I got iBP 2 weeks ago. I had some issues, importing my HeartWise data. However, iBP support not only contacted me back within a day, but took care of my issue and I now have all my data in iBP and using it without issues and am very pleased! Lastly, I heard that the HeartWise app was abandoned, although unconfirmed; they last updated their app(s) in 2010.

This ap is easy to use & collates the data in very useable forms. The ability to import data would make this a 5 star ap for me.

Simple and effective to track your blood pressure. My doctor loves the charts and tables.

Satisfied user for many years, the product does the basics very well. Would like to see it store resting heart rate, hours slept, and steps in the same formatted database. Highly recommended.

I feel that having ones BP taken annually and then determining a prognosis to prescribe medication is at least negligent. I started using this app years ago and I continue to take my pressure at different times of the day in order to give my doctor true averages. I have since been dropped down to only taking one med because I was able yo prove the damaging affects the other med was placing on my body. And because of my proof I wasnt placed on another med. Bottom line-we need to be in control of our own bodies and search for solutions to our defense, and this App provides the platform for accurate data to forward to doctors.

This App. Is complete in every way. It has flawless support, its simple and easy to understand and use. It provides a format that is complete. My doctors wish all their patients would use it.

My cardiologist recommended this app to track my blood pressure. It works great!!

Easy to use. Easy to give my MD a copy.

I have been using this app for many years now - as many have noted my Drs really appreciate IBP flexible recording and output capabilities. I use it on Apple iPhone and leverage the integration capability to sync logs with Apple Health application.

With high blood pressure this makes it pretty easy to keep track of my pressure.

I really love this app. One of the few that I actually use on a daily basis. Highly recommend for people who have to keep track of their blood pressure.

Great, simple, straight-forward,easy to use.

I have been using this app for over a year now and have been happy with it. It is simple to use and supplies the right info for my needs. The graphs are great and the distribution chart useful. Its way better than the hand written slips of paper I used to use. Also exporting the data as a CSV file worked great. When I upgraded my phone the data imported flawlessly. I like the old interface look better but that is a rock I throw at IOS 9 rather than at the app itself.

Very handy tool I had to reload on different machines and saved all my data with the transfer wifi.

It is almost invisible and its so EASEY! It just WORKS, so I use it every day, as I should. June 22, 2012, update; My Doctor loves the various ways this App.shows the information he needs: which is so much better than, me trying to remember millions of Bits of information and to tell it to him in one sentence. I challenge any of the Nay Sayers to show me any App. Which does a better job. Chris Update, 29 August 2012; Still love this, "Every day helper in making my life easier and healthier". My point of view is, "The best one is good enough for me"! Thats why I use IBP! Chris. Update, 2 August 2016; My Doctor and I still enjoy the, "Benefits of this GREAT HEALTH BENEFIT APP!" I still use it twice a day which provides a valuable database of my, "Vital Signs," to health providers during periodic checkups. STILL the BEST and Still GOOD ENOUGH FOR ME! Chris.
